Refunds and cancellation

• No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer protection regulations.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), you have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital service, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives your cooling-off right once the digital content or service has been provided.

• Access to premium features ends at the conclusion of your billing period.
• Your data is retained in accordance with the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may export your data before cancellation (export functionality is coming soon; contact [email protected] for manual export in the meantime).

Lifetime purchases provide access to the purchased features for the life of the service — that is, for as long as Florality continues to operate. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where feasible, data export options.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to any additional features, services, or preferential treatment.
